    Bidders must agree to the Auction Terms & Conditions of sale prior to bidding on any property being sold at auction by Abundant Auctions. 


    • Property is being sold subject to seller confirmation. The seller must approve your auction bid before the sale can be finalized.
    • The auction purchase contract for this property contains no financing contingency. The accepted forms of payment are cash, conventional loans, DSCR loans, Hard Money loans (with proof of funds or a pre-approval letter)
    • The buyer will be charged a 10% premium for this property. The buyer's premium is calculated based on the successful high bid, added to the property's purchase price.
    • An earnest money deposit of 1% is required upon acceptance and approval of your bid which will be held by the designated title company. Proof of funds is required prior to placing a bid.
