    Bidders must agree to the Auction Terms & Conditions of sale prior to bidding on any property being sold at auction by Abundant Auctions. 


    • Property is being sold subject to seller confirmation. The seller must approve your auction bid before the sale can be finalized.
    • The buyer will be charged a 10% premium for this property. The buyer's premium is calculated based on the successful high bid, added to the property's purchase price.
    • An earnest money deposit of 1% is required upon acceptance and approval of your bid which will be held by the designated title company. Proof of funds is required prior to placing a bid. 
    • Buyer must close no later than 30 days after receiving a fully executed purchase contract. "Time is of the essence."
    • Any liens, delinquent taxes and assessments shall be paid in accordance with the applicable auction purchase and sale agreement.
